Meeting the President of Paraguay, Horacio Cartes!

Meeting and having a laugh with the President of the Republic of Paraguay, Horacio Cartes!!!! Along with the Governor of Caazapa, Avelino Dávalos Estigarribia!!

I met him at the business expo at the annual Caazapa Festival where I spoke to him about my work as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Caazapa including the youth development community organization my friends and I started, Jóvenes Por Caazapá (JOCA), which I had a stand for at the expo!
